Hannah helped out with tri training again this week. We were outside doing bike/run transitions...the ladies are doing great and the race is a week from Saturday. Hannah's pointing to the "art" in on the bridge with the skyline in the background. She's such a good helper and the ladies enjoy loving on her. She's our little mascot.
And I returned home from training tonight to a surprise gift from crafty Lauren. Thanks!! Hannah will be sporting it at my tri in September and it's more motivation for me to train/compete in a full iron tri.
