First Day of Preschool!

Preschool presents.  A 3-year journal.  Same question, 3 years in a row.  Today's question:  What do you like to cook?  What's your favorite thing to make?  Answer:  "Ice cream!  Chocolate and vanilla.  And strawberry too.  I like strawberry."

Big smiles before heading off to school.  

Excited to use her backpack and lunchbox.

Waiting outside the classroom to meet her teacher.

Miss Sharon says, "Let me guess, you must be Hannah!"

Off she goes.

Meanwhile, August and I go running.  He was happy and sleeping the whole time, but realized it was a hundred degrees when he woke up.

Reflecting on the day.  The info was a little scattered, but seems there was some art, playing outside, a blessing, a story of 5 dwarfs at lunch (?), dancing, and a song.

Miss social is saying "goodbye, have a good afternoon" to everyone else leaving.

Eventually crashed out for a quick nap.  She learned that gloves make good socks.  And according to Hannah, she is more comfortable on the floor.

Not sure if August noticed Hannah was missing (how could you not...it was quiet!), but he sure does notice when she's around.   I love his expressions.
